DENNIS’S FIERY SCALLOPS WITH CAPELLINI Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Ingredients: Ingredients:1 lb sea scallops, quartered if large,6 tbls extra-virgin olive oil, ¼ cup dry red wine, 2 tbls coarsely chopped parsley, 1 tbls minced garlic, 1 tsp of DENNIS’S BLAST UR ASS SAUCE, pinch of sea salt, ½ lb capellini. Preparation- preheat the oven to 400. In a large shallow glass or ceramic baking dish, toss the scallops with the oil, wine, scallops with the oil, wine,parsley, garlic and DENNIS’S BLAST UR ASS SAUCE. Season with salt and bake for about 15 min. or until the oil is Sizzling and the scallops are firm. MEANWHILE, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the capellini until just firm, about 3 min. Drain; transfer to a serving bowl. Add the scallops and their juices, toss well and serve immediately.
